Regarding how Yuanshuo uses your personal information, please refer to the [Privacy Policy]. The [Privacy Policy] is an integral part of the Yuanshuo User Registration Agreement.
As Yuanshuo's products (including products from subsidiaries controlled by Yuanshuo) are trialed and downloaded through this website, if you wish to download and trial the corresponding subsidiary products, it will be done through this website. Your trial application, download records, and user information saved on this website may be sent to the corresponding subsidiary. Yuanshuo will strictly supervise the subsidiary's use and storage of your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

VIII. Handling of Violations and Harmful Acts

You understand and agree: To maintain internet security and order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of network users, if Yuanshuo discovers or receives reports that you have violated relevant agreements, this Agreement, or relevant laws, regulations, and policies, Yuanshuo has the right, based on its own judgment, to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time according to the corresponding situation (the duration of specific measures is determined by Yuanshuo based on the circumstances of your violation). Any losses resulting therefrom or any claims, demands, etc., asserted by any third party shall be borne by you:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate the use of part or all of the functions of this service;
Delete, block relevant content, or disconnect links;
Suspend or terminate your use of the Yuanshuo network service platform account;
If you are investigated by competent authorities or complained against by a third party, or if you complain against a third party, Yuanshuo has the right to provide necessary information of the relevant parties in the dispute (including but not limited to names, telephone numbers, certificates, etc.) to the relevant parties or competent authorities to resolve complaints and disputes promptly and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties;
Pursue your legal liability according to law.

IX. Intellectual Property Statement

We enjoy corresponding rights to the materials protected by intellectual property or other laws contained in the platform; except for content for which users enjoy copyright according to law, the intellectual property of the overall content of the platform belongs to us.
The intellectual property of the original information (text, pictures, videos, software, performances, etc.) you publish or upload on the Yuanshuo website belongs to you (or as separately agreed between you and a third-party content provider). However, based on the operational needs of the platform, you confirm that your act of publishing and uploading such information is deemed as granting us the right to use, copy, disseminate, etc., the intellectual property.
Complaints or reports regarding information content. If your legitimate rights and interests are inadvertently infringed upon during your use of the platform, you have the right to notify us to take necessary measures for handling. If you discover illegal, non-compliant, or rule-violating situations during your use of the platform, you also have the right to report to us, and we will also promptly take necessary measures (deletion, blocking, disconnection of links, or restriction of functions, etc.) for handling.
We have the right to inspect the information content you publish publicly. Once content is found that violates this Agreement, laws and regulations, the terms of this Agreement, or other supplementary agreements, or data or information linking to such content, we have the right to require you to modify or delete it. If you do not make changes, we have the right to promptly take necessary measures (deletion, blocking, disconnection of links, or restriction of functions, etc.) for handling.

X. Force Majeure and Other Exemptions

You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure that affect this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, unavoidable, and cause significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, storms, and social events such as wars, unrest, and government actions. In the event of the above circumstances, Yuanshuo will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to seek timely resolution. However, losses caused to you thereby shall be exempted from Yuanshuo's liability to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Yuanshuo shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:

Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans, other malicious programs, or hacker attacks.
Failure of the user's or Yuanshuo's computer software, systems, hardware, and communication lines.
Improper operation by the user or the user's use of this service through unauthorized means by Yuanshuo.
Outdated program versions, aging equipment, and/or compatibility issues.
Other circumstances beyond Yuanshuo's control or reasonably foreseeable.

We do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all information, content, or advertising publicity, etc., (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Information") from others or third parties obtained by you through the platform, except as expressly provided by law.

XI. Customer Service

If you wish to exercise your rights regarding personal information, such as copying, deleting, changing, etc., or have objections to any measures taken by Yuanshuo regarding account restrictions, suspension, or termination, or encounter other problems during account use (such as complaints, appeals, supervision, reports, opinions, suggestions, etc.), you can contact us through Yuanshuo's customer service email, Yuanshuo's official platform online customer service, or Yuanshuo's customer service hotline. We will provide you with necessary assistance.

You agree that Yuanshuo may send notices to you via email, SMS, etc., except as otherwise stipulated in the terms of this Agreement or agreed between both parties.

XII. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and Yuanshuo. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over Yuanshuo's domicile for resolution.
