  6. If you need to deregister your account, you have the right to do so through the methods and procedures published by the platform. We will provide account deregistration service after verifying your identity and resolving account-related disputes. After account deregistration, this Agreement terminates, and we will stop providing services to you. Of course, we also reserve the right to directly reclaim and deregister your account and stop services if your account meets the following conditions for recovery: (1) Violation of relevant laws and regulations; (2) Violation of these Rules; (3) Other circumstances.

    • Do not use the Yuanshuo network service platform to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that endangers national security, national unity, or social stability; or content that is defamatory, pornographic, violent, causes unease to others, or violates national laws, regulations, and policies; or set usernames containing such content; publish, transmit, or disseminate illegal advertising information, marketing information, or spam.

    • Do not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation (goodwill) rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, property rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests of Yuanshuo or any third party.

    • Do not maliciously fabricate or assist in fabricating facts, evaluations, spreading rumors, or publishing information that disrupts social order or social stability.

    • Do not engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; accessing public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; without permission, attempting to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of the Yuanshuo network service platform or network, or other actions that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Yuanshuo network service platform or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other actions that破坏干扰正常网络信息服务; forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names; using the platform and services to upload any content harmful to network health such as viruses, trojans, or worms.

    • Do not engage in other behaviors prohibited by laws, regulations, policies, public order, good customs, social morality, or that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social groups, or organizations.

    • Do not publish content containing other information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Any losses resulting therefrom or any claims, demands, etc., asserted by any third party shall be borne by you:

    • Restrict, suspend, or terminate the use of part or all of the functions of this service;

    • Improper operation by the user or the user's use of this service through unauthorized means by Yuanshuo.

    • Outdated program versions, aging equipment, and/or compatibility issues.

    • Other circumstances beyond Yuanshuo's control or reasonably foreseeable.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and Yuanshuo. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over Yuanshuo's domicile for resolution.
