On June 29, 2026, the Kunming Ecosystem Meetup #5 ·  Beijing Station and the Kunming Backup Ecosystem Cooperation Conference  concluded successfully. The event brought together more than 30  ecosystem partners for in‑depth discussions on ecosystem co‑development,  R&D roadmaps, and marketing strategies, and specially invited  professors from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and  Wuhan University to participate in technical seminars, fostering  industry‑academia‑research collaboration.

Welcome to the website of Anhui Yuanshuo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanshuo"). Please read all the following terms of service carefully.

If you do not agree to any of the following terms, please stop using this website. Your use of or access to this website indicates your agreement to be bound by the following terms.

I. General Provisions

  1. This Agreement includes the "Anhui Yuanshuo Technology Co., Ltd. Website User Registration Agreement" and all types of rules, notices, announcements, etc., already published or that may be published on this website in the future (collectively referred to as "Rules"). All Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main body of this Agreement.

  2. Please fully understand that some services provided by this website require you to become a registered user before use. Yuanshuo provides you with the services under this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules issued from time to time. II. User Account Rules

  6. If you need to deregister your account, you have the right to do so through the methods and procedures published by the platform. We will provide account deregistration service after verifying your identity and resolving account-related disputes. After account deregistration, this Agreement terminates, and we will stop providing services to you. Of course, we also reserve the right to directly reclaim and deregister your account and stop services if your account meets the following conditions for recovery: (1) Violation of relevant laws and regulations; (2) Violation of these Rules; (3) Other circumstances.

  7. You must ensure that you log out of the website correctly at the end of each online session.

  8. You are responsible for keeping your account username, password, account verification code, and other information secure. Otherwise, any legal liability arising from such matters shall be borne by you. Any use of the platform service login account and credentials is deemed by the platform service as your own operation. The electronic information records generated by such operations are valid evidence of platform user behavior.   2. You guarantee the reasonable use of platform services and accept this Agreement and other policies, rules, announcements, and statements formulated and issued by us from time to time.

  3. When using Yuanshuo network services, you must adhere to the following principles:

    • Comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to network services.

    • Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose.

    • Do not use the Yuanshuo network service platform to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that endangers national security, national unity, or social stability; or content that is defamatory, pornographic, violent, causes unease to others, or violates national laws, regulations, and policies; or set usernames containing such content; publish, transmit, or disseminate illegal advertising information, marketing information, or spam.

    • Do not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation (goodwill) rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, property rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests of Yuanshuo or any third party.

    • Do not maliciously fabricate or assist in fabricating facts, evaluations, spreading rumors, or publishing information that disrupts social order or social stability.

    • Do not engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; accessing public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; without permission, attempting to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of the Yuanshuo network service platform or network, or other actions that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Yuanshuo network service platform or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other actions that破坏干扰正常网络信息服务; forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names; using the platform and services to upload any content harmful to network health such as viruses, trojans, or worms.

    • Do not engage in other behaviors prohibited by laws, regulations, policies, public order, good customs, social morality, or that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social groups, or organizations.

    • Do not publish content containing other information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

  4. For the Yuanshuo Online Service Platform, as it provides you with real-time community interaction and communication functions, if you wish to use these platform functions, you need to additionally check and agree to the [Yuanshuo Online Service Platform Community User Management Regulations] before posting or commenting. The corresponding rules will also be linked in specific locations within the Online Service Platform section for your timely review.

IV. Website Content Statement

  1. The Yuanshuo website contains content owned, operated, licensed, and/or controlled by Yuanshuo, protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights ("Website Content"). Yuanshuo will strictly supervise the subsidiary's use and storage of your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

VIII. Handling of Violations and Harmful Acts

  1. You understand and agree: To maintain internet security and order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of network users, if Yuanshuo discovers or receives reports that you have violated relevant agreements, this Agreement, or relevant laws, regulations, and policies, Yuanshuo has the right, based on its own judgment, to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time according to the corresponding situation (the duration of specific measures is determined by Yuanshuo based on the circumstances of your violation). Any losses resulting therefrom or any claims, demands, etc., asserted by any third party shall be borne by you:

    • Restrict, suspend, or terminate the use of part or all of the functions of this service;

    • Delete, block relevant content, or disconnect links;

    • Suspend or terminate your use of the Yuanshuo network service platform account;

    • If you are investigated by competent authorities or complained against by a third party, or if you complain against a third party, Yuanshuo has the right to provide necessary information of the relevant parties in the dispute (including but not limited to names, telephone numbers, certificates, etc.) to the relevant parties or competent authorities to resolve complaints and disputes promptly and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties;

    • Pursue your legal liability according to law.

IX. Intellectual Property Statement

X. Force Majeure and Other Exemptions

    • Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans, other malicious programs, or hacker attacks.

    • Failure of the user's or Yuanshuo's computer software, systems, hardware, and communication lines.

    • Improper operation by the user or the user's use of this service through unauthorized means by Yuanshuo.

    • Outdated program versions, aging equipment, and/or compatibility issues.

    • Other circumstances beyond Yuanshuo's control or reasonably foreseeable.

XII. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and Yuanshuo. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over Yuanshuo's domicile for resolution.
